Understanding Titan's Role in Vision VX Fulfillment Process

Titan, a cloud-based software employed by Affinity X, plays a crucial role in the Amplified Digital fulfillment process for Vision VX. While direct access to Titan isn't required for Lee sales working in Advisr, having a grasp of Titan components empowers Sales Enablement to address issues and engage in effective troubleshooting.

Order Creation and Correlation with Vision VX (Advisr)

When an order is submitted through Sales Enablement in Vision VX (Advisr), Titan creates a corresponding Order reflecting the products earmarked for fulfillment by Affinity X. Each Order within Titan correlates directly with the product sold and ordered in Advisr.

Understanding Order and Item Statuses:

Orders and Items in Titan possess distinct statuses, providing a snapshot of their current state and guiding necessary actions. These status updates are transmitted back into Vision VX periodically.

Order Statuses Within Titan:

  1. In Progress:

    • Indicates that items in the order are currently live or scheduled to go live.
  2. Action Required:

    • Signifies that items within the order necessitate action or information from Lee Enterprises.
  3. Completed:

    • Confirms that all items within the order have been fulfilled.

Item Statuses Within Titan:

  1. Campaign Set Up in Process:

    • Denotes that an Affinity X trafficker is assigned to the Item, and the item is in the process of being created on the fulfillment platform (e.g., Google, Facebook).
  2. On Hold - Resolution Requested:

    • Typically used when an item encounters a non-confirming notice (NCN), requiring resolution or additional information from Lee to proceed.
  3. Scheduled:

    • Indicates that the item has been scheduled to go live on the fulfillment platform.
  4. Live:

    • Denotes that the item is currently live on the fulfillment platform.
  5. Completed:

    • Signifies that the item has successfully completed its delivery on the fulfillment platform.

Having a clear understanding of these statuses allows Sales Enablement to monitor the progress of orders and items, identify any necessary interventions, and ensure the smooth execution of Amplified Digital campaigns. The seamless integration of Titan with Vision VX enhances the overall efficiency and transparency of the fulfillment process.
